About Practitioner Presence

A web design studio with a single focus: making sure the practitioners doing meaningful work can actually be found.

What We Do

We build custom websites for private practices. That’s our specialty and we love working in this field.

Every site explains your work in plain language, presents your training clearly, and is structured to be found on Google and cited by AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.

Every site includes your credentials and story woven into the copy, SEO on every page, booking integration, a contact form, Google Analytics, and mobile optimization.

Once we’re done, you’re ready to go, ready to teach, ready to market, and ready to grow.

How We Do It

Two ways to work with us:

QuickStart Presence — a 5-page professional website, launched in about 3 weeks. For practitioners ready to get online with the essentials done right. $2,200, one-time. (Sliding-scale available.)

Tailor-Made Presence — up to 15 pages, built over 2–3 months. Specialty pages for your modality, credential pages, education pages, FAQ sections with schema markup, advanced SEO and AI-search prep, and full Google Business Profile setup. Starting at $4,500, proposal-based.

Why Private Practices

We’ve been around long enough to know how important this work is.

This isn’t a niche we picked from the outside.

We’ve spent years on our own journey, be it studying Jungian psychology and dream work, practicing Inner Relationship Focusing, doing parts work, or realizing we could have really used an early childhood development therapist back in the day.

We find it fulfilling helping the people like you, who do this work, get found by those who need you.

How It Works

Once you know which package you want to start with (QuickStart Presence or Tailor-Made Presence) you bring your story, your credentials, and any content you have. We shape it into clear language and optimized web pages.

We always have a conversation before moving forward to answer all of your questions and help you decide which option is best for you. You can always add more down the road, should QuickStart feel like the way to begin.

Questions & Answers

Practitioner Presence works exclusively with private practice practitioners and builds each site completely — design, copy shaping, credential presentation, and AI-search structure. We don’t just than hand you a template to fill in, and then make a basic, boring, hardly-useful website.

Not only that, but we truly believe in, geek out on, and want to support Jungian psychology, dream work, and depth-oriented practice. This also means your work doesn’t need to be translated for your web designer.

And finally, every site is built to be found on Google, cited by AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, and trusted by the visitor deciding whether to reach out

Start with a website that names what you offer: Jungian analysis, depth psychotherapy, dream work, shadow work, anima/animus integration, etc.

Next, make sure you display your training and answers the questions prospective clients search: what analysis involves, how it differs from other therapy, session frequency, and cost considerations like a sliding-scale offering.

You’ll then structure that content with schema markup, SEO, and AEO so Google and AI tools can find, cite, and recommend it.

*** Practitioner Presence builds this complete system for depth practitioners: custom design, refined copy, and AI-search structure included.

Five things, at minimum:

1. Training page covering your institute, your personal analysis, and supervision hours explained in plain language.

2. A clear description of how analysis works for someone who has never done it

3. Explain what you specialize in — dreams, individuation, midlife, creative blocks.

4. Practical, essential details like session frequency and fees

5. A clear, obvious, and intuitive path to a first consultation.

** Practitioner Presence includes all of these in every depth practitioner site. Together they answer the visitor’s crucial question — “is this the right person to guide me on my soul journey?”

First, define it simply. Give an introduction that explains analysis is a collaborative exploration of the unconscious through dreams, images, and lived patterns, aimed at becoming more fully yourself.

Next, describe your specific approach. Go into terms like “individuation” or “the Self” by explaining them in the same way that inspired you upon coming across this language.

We highly recommend you give your hard-earned training its own page rather than a paragraph in your bio. Visitors don’t know how rigorous this training is until you tell them.

Name your institute (IAAP-affiliated institutes, Jung Institute Zürich, Inter-Regional, Pacifica for depth-oriented degrees), explain what analyst training actually involves — years of coursework, personal analysis, supervised control cases — and state your licensure.

Yes! Absolutely. This is the good stuff people are curious about and that is becoming increasingly talked about.

Plus, these make for amazing search terms. People search “dream analysis therapy” and “what do recurring dreams mean” in high volume, and a page explaining how you work with dreams positions you as the answer.

** Practitioner Presence structures these specialty explanations as dedicated, searchable sections built to be cited by AI tools.

We do, if you want it. Plenty of practitioners like having ongoing content and SEO support so the site keeps working for them, instead of going stale the week it launches.

Absolutely.  Just reach out and we’ll share relevant examples and talk through what would actually make sense for your specific practice.

Whether you’re newly certified or you’ve been practicing for years, the goal is the same: a website that will support the growth of your practice, the impact you’re able to make, and the people you’re able to inform and educate for many years to come. Contact us today!
