Will I be able to understand the findings without a technical background?
Yes — completely. Every finding is explained in plain language with context for why it matters to your practice. The video debrief is specifically designed to walk you through each point without assuming technical knowledge.
Can I make the changes to my site myself, or do I need to hire someone?
Many practitioners implement the recommendations themselves — particularly the content, messaging, and local visibility changes. Technical items (speed optimization, structured data, etc.) are easier to hand off. The Scorecard will be clear about which is which, and we’re available to implement for you if you prefer.
My site is on Wix, Squarespace, or a practice-specific platform. Does the Scorecard still apply?
Yes. A significant portion of the Scorecard covers factors that exist outside your platform — content strategy, local visibility, directory presence, and trust signals. We’ll also note which platform-specific limitations are affecting your results and what your options are.
My website is old and I’ve been meaning to rebuild it. Should I get a Scorecard first?
